In this video, I talk to you about the 4-7-8 breathing technique. It is a technique that allows you to relax your body and fall asleep faster. I do a few 4-7-8 breathing cycles when I am laying down in bed, and am almost always able to fall asleep within a few minutes!

Note: You will have to do the 4-7-8 method more than once to feel the effects! It doesn’t work for everyone but I am sure glad I found it!!!
