Delhi child rape cases: Arvind Kejriwal to meet Najeeb Jung to review law and order situation
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will meet Lt Governor Najeeb Jung today in the wake of gangrape of two minor girls in the national capital. He has also sought a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the incidents. Earlier, Mr Kejriwal hit out at Delhi police saying it had completely failed to provide safety to the citizens. He asked what steps are being taken by Prime Minister and Lt Governor to stop crimes against women. He visited the hospitals where the victims were being treated.Meanwhile, three persons, who were arrested for gang-raping the minor girl in Anand Vihar, have been remanded to 14-day judicial custody by a Delhi court.
